THE SCOPE OF SERVICES OF THIS ASSOCIATION
Provide policy and legal advice to members. Organize members to earnestly study and implement relevant policies and regulations formulated by education administration. Promote early childhood education institutions to run schools in accordance with the law.
Organize and provide the latest industry information, policies and regulations, and industry news, and provide members with all aspects of information services. To improve the quality of education services, promote education reform and healthy development services.
Regularly compile and distribute industry newsletters, and actively promote early childhood education reference cases, excellent results and advanced experience.
Regularly invite education directors, experts and scholars to provide members with explanations of industry regulations and professional lecture analysis to strengthen member units’ awareness of industry laws and regulations and professional knowledge.
Work with government authorities, educational institutions, education experts and scholars to undertake scientific research topics in early childhood education, and on the basis of collection, investigation, research, and demonstration, promptly report to the educational administration on some major issues in the development of the early childhood education industry The department puts forward opinions and suggestions for reference in decision-making by the education administration department.
Invite academic experts and educational scholars to set up advisory teams and organize member units to carry out educational research activities.
Actively establish various close cooperation with relevant government departments and all walks of life to improve the level of early childhood education in Singapore and other countries and regions, and play an active role in the high-quality development of the industry.
Regularly organize industry experience exchange meetings, theory sharing meetings, academic seminars, achievement promotion meetings, institutional and individual recognition meetings.
Carry out education, teaching and training activities, and promote the professional development of principals and teachers.
Support and encourage the development of early childhood education practice activities, explore new early childhood education theories and models, and train more excellent early childhood teachers.
Provide early childhood education practitioners with the evaluation, identification and promotion of scientific research achievements, and assist in the publication organization, planning and related services of their educational achievements.
Actively promote and develop children’s textbooks and teaching aids that adapt to the development of the new era of nurturing morality, and learn and enlighten.
Develop and strengthen communication and friendship with foreign education associations, early childhood education institutions, education experts and scholars, and conduct extensive exchanges and cooperation activities through visits, visits, inspections and other activities to promote the rapid development of Singapore’s early childhood education industry.
The association plans to hold the Singapore Asia-Pacific Education Forum Annual Conference every two years to enhance exchanges and understanding of preschool education among Asian countries, build a platform for cooperation and development, and promote industry reform and progress.
Recommend consultants and early childhood education project experts for the majority of early childhood education institutions to improve the quality of running schools and enhance competitiveness.
Provide a communication platform for unit members, assist unit members in organizing activities, and enhance communication and learning within the industry.
Support and attend important activities organized by members of participating units, guide and encourage members to carry out various positive and meaningful educational activities.
Establish a database of association member institutions and teachers, and build an interactive platform for educational institutions and teachers for free.
Help member units fight for government benefits and participate in social service projects.
Actively help members express reasonable opinions, requirements, voices and difficulties to relevant departments and institutions; strive to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members.
Use the association’s professional website or newspapers and other publicity information platforms to provide members with more and more convenient information transmission channels. Provide each member with a platform for expressing speech and image promotion.
Use the appeal and influence of the association to create a comprehensive art exhibition space for young children in Singapore with multiple education platforms, variety media, and talent schools.
